Rock
Water (the only remedy which is not made from a flower) is for
those in extreme pursuit of self-perfection. They set high standards
for themselves, live by strict rules and practise rigid self-denial,
therefore their lives are often lacking in joy and spontaneity.
They often aspire to set a good example to others. The remedy
helps them to be more flexible and kinder to themselves, and not
so self-centred.
